Cairo University President Gaber Nassar made a surprise visit to Cairo University Female Students Hostel at Giza, on Friday, mid-night. Prof. Dr. Gaber Nassar made this visit immediately after a call from a student who complained from the bad quality of stewed beans prepared for Sahoor (pre-dawn meal) at the holy month of Ramadan.
Cairo University President inspected the restaurant of the University Hostel and Sahoor meal serviced to female students. He made sure of the validity of the complaint and then referred the nutrition and shift supervisor, who received the beans and cooked it, to investigation. Prof. Dr. Gaber Nassar listened to other complaints of students represented in the lack of water coolers. Therefore, Nassar gave order to University Hostel Administration to provide a number of water coolers within 48 hours.
Female students expressed their happiness because the University President responded quickly to their complaints. Nassar promised the students with instant solution to any of the problems facing them. He agreed to have breakfast with them during the month of Ramadan.
