Center for Foreign Language and Translation, Cairo University has launched the second version of Hermes, a journal that is dedicated to publish academic scientific researches in human sciences in Arabic and English. A year has passed since launching the first volume as a part of Cairo University's Translation Project that was sponsored by Dr.\ Husam Kamel, President of Cairo University, through Center for Foreign Language and Translation. The project intends to increase publishing academic researches of high value in human sciences field, circulating them in periodicals and journals that are internationally classified, as well as enhancing cognitive and cultural communication with the West.
